Billing
The billing page allows you to manage your billing information and subscription. Here, you can view your subscription details, update your payment method, and more.
Plan Overview
The plan overview section shows your current subscription plan and your usage details.
You can see how many teams you have created, how many members you have in your teams, and how many scrims you have uploaded.
You are also able to click the "View Other Plans" button to navigate to your billing portal via Stripe. This is where you can manage your subscription, update your payment method, and more.

AI Credits
AI Chat is metered separately, against a prepaid credit balance on your account. Your balance is shown at the top of the billing page and in a small indicator above the chat input.
Topping up
Top-up presets are $5, $10, $25, and $50. Custom amounts are accepted above the $5 minimum. Top-ups settle through Stripe using the payment method on file for your account; if you do not have a payment method, adding a top-up will collect one.
Auto-refill
Toggle auto-refill to keep your balance from running out mid-session. You set two values:
- Threshold: when the balance drops below this, auto-refill triggers. Default $2.00.
- Amount: how much to add. Default $10.00.
Auto-refill requires a payment method on file. The system is idempotent — two near-simultaneous chat messages that both push the balance below the threshold will only trigger one charge.
Transaction log
The billing page shows the last 30 days of credit activity, with one row per event. Types include:
- TOPUP — manual top-up
- AUTO_REFILL — automated top-up
- CHARGE — usage by AI Chat
- REFUND — issued by support
- ADJUSTMENT — admin correction
Click through to a charge row to see the underlying chat turn it covered, which is useful when reconciling spend.
Low-balance warnings
A Discord notification is sent when your balance drops below $1.00 for the first time. A second warning is not sent until the balance is replenished above the threshold and crosses it again.
